About
Hello! I am Lady Susan and I live with my best friend and partner, sweet dogs, and affectionate, but talkative, cat at our enchanting villa, The Oasis at Four Queen Palms, located in the picturesque rural countryside. My blog shares with you our life, experiences, and lifestyle, including my takes on film, music, home life, and books. But beware – I prefer pre-1970s movies (generally), I do not enjoy rock and/or roll music, and I am a voracious reader.
Also, I am a memoirist and fiction writer, where my books, opinion pieces, essays, and book reviews have been published in numerous media forms. My work has also been featured in The Emerald Coast Review “The Writer as Artist” (Emerald Coast Review Edition XVIII) and “Life in Your Time” (Emerald Coast Review Edition XIX), of which the unique cover is my own photograph. Language is important, since my growing up years in a bilingual home led to a love of languages.
I lived and travelled throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and gathered stories for my diaries and journals to translate into novels.
I write under the nom de plume Susan Marie Molloy.
